“My family loved the farmhouse! The land it sits on is amazing, with river frontage and views from the house and yard of Blue Ridge, and Massanutten. The house is well preserved making it a private superb gem of the valley. ”

“Tough place to find when we arrived at night, but reading the reviews i knew this. I would recommend a sign at the "Y" in the drive way to point to the house. The house itself was very nice. There is definitely a smell of dogs in the house so if that is an issue, this may not be your place. I was not able to utilize the outdoor spaces or the river because of a storm. I was there for a JMU finction and it was in a great location, far enough yet close enough. Again the only issue is the dog smell,……
