“Love the location especially if going to a concert or event at Charleston Civic Center. You can walk from the house! Home is a bit older, but reflected in the price. Very affordable ”

“A very large and pretty house that was perfect for our needs. The house (with some ambition) was in walking distance of Charleston city proper. Being by the river was nice, however the area around the house was a bit run down or under conatruction.Overall, the house itself is wonderful and would be perfect for most trip needs.”

“I needed a place to stay for a work conference. Stay here is about 10 min from downtown. I was able to quickly pick up food from the many restaurants in the area. There is even a Krogers. Owner responded quickly to my internet problem and was attentive. Check in and Checkout was easy. No keys.This is the first place I'll check for availability the next time i need to stay in Charleston. ”

“We enjoyed this house very much. Very relaxing and quiet. Grocery and restaurants very close by. Took our lawn chairs down by the river and watched the boats go by.”

“The house is very nice and clean. Hosts communicate promply. Stocked with whatever you need for a comfortable stay. Only trouble we had was actually finding the house due to it has a separate small road to get to it. Other than that A. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Came into town for a volleyball tournament. This was a perfect spot! The bed was so comfortable, a teammate stayed on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable also. The place was clean and so cutely decorated. Communication with the host was great! Quiet area. I’m hoping to stay here again! ”

“The home is lovely inside and is just feet from a grocery store and gas station. The host was responsive when messaged. Be sure to look at the check-in instructions versus Google Maps for the specific house number. Google Maps will get you to the street, but not thw specific townhouse.”
