“The staff was very nice, especially the woman at front that checked us in( her name is escaping my memory). The property outside was very clean, pool area clean, etc. Room was still dusty, but overall looked clean enough. Mostly this hotel just needs some TLC, like the bathroom walls had stains and spackle over spots, but definitely needed new paint. Lamp shades dirty, chair had some weird stains on it. Little things. “I enjoyed the stay since it’s 3 mins from CWU. Two things about the place, when I arrive there and open the door, I smell stuffy immediately. I noticed that the temp was set to 80 degrees while the weather is 70 degrees outside. The AC is not working well since I was trying to get more cooling. I even had a stranger to help me out. But the place is nice and simple for me to stay and sleep and go. ”
