“On our part we had a hard time filling out the form but when we reached out to them, they were excellent and kind. We need to extend our stay and they were able to help us. The place was clean. It was easy to get into, with their instructions. The kitchen has all we need to cook and eat here. So easy to catch the metro from this location. Would stay here again.”

“Amazing location in a beautiful building. The included parking on site is an excellent benefit for those who wish to explore the surrounding area without having to worry about very expensive parking rates in the Miami area. The apartment is well appointed with a comfortable bed and all amenities anyone would need (kitchen, dining, washing facilities, etc). The only negative point I would have is that the shower could be somewhat improved to increase the water pressure as it was quite low.……

“The property itself is pretty great, with amazing views and plenty of space, although there are a few things worth mentioning. The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people (though two people would need to sleep on a sofa bed). It’s well-equipped for cooking, though nothing was properly cleaned. There are plenty of pans, but they’re in poor condition. The rooms are spacious and smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bed linens and pillows seemed a bit worn, though they appeared……

“Was a great spot to stay to hold over for our cruise. The views at night with the city lights and then the water on the other side was so nice! Check-in/Check-out is a little tricky but not a deal breaker for the views and convenience of location. A short walk gets you to a bunch of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The only negative was we only had four towels but more than four guests. Other then that it was excellent!”
