“We were immediately impressed with the communication with our hosts. The room offered amazing comfort and a stunning view of the coastline. Amenities were great. Our hosts even offered some goodies for us upon our arrival which was a lovely touch. Having access to a pool was great. Coming from a colder city, this place was perfect. It offered relaxation, safety and convenience. We had access to parking which was also another perk we were looking for. We will definitely be recommending and……

“If you’d like to stay at the Ritz and enjoy the amenities at a discount this is a great option. You will certainly be paying enough at the hotel restaurants on top of parking and the resort fee so it’s great to save money on the room. It’s a great option for the price but just be aware the room could use a deep cleaning. The main issues were the bathtub drain is clearly blocked and drains slowly, the bathroom vent is disgusting and full of dust and the floor wiped up brown when we had a spill so……

“Absolutely incredible place inside an incredible hotel at an incredible location. So much great food in walking distance - at the hotel and around Key Biscayne. Amazing splash pad for the kids. Easy to use pool and beach. Friendly and helpful staff Overall a great experience ”

“The king bed, desk and bathroom were comfortable and perfect for 2 people. The view was great and the level of communication from the property manager was superb. Just a few items could have been better- the temp of the shower water was not as hot as we like and the AC unit was a bit noisy. The fitness area was nice but the equipment needed some cleaning. ”

“Great location and walking distance to cocowalk with many shops and restaurants to choose from. Peacock park is a nice place to visit and is right across the road. Beautiful sunset from the room and waterfront view. The room was cozy and relaxing. We enjoyed the provided wine and bottles of water. The provided plateware, glassware and utensils came in handy. If you want to visit a less crowded beach while you ar staying here visit Crandon Park. It’s just a short drive away. We enjoyed 2……

“This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had in our MANY Miami vacations. The unit was pristine, huge and perfect for our family of 4. We felt like home. Having all the amenities and service of the four seasons was exceptional. the pool was beautiful and not crowded, even over spring break. We didn’t have to deal with any loud kids jumping in the pool, or spring breakers. I can’t wait to get back again. It was so sad to leave!!! ”
