“Larry was attentive but the unit was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom (I will spare you the details), dusty and stained carpets. We heard animals in the wall the first night so we did not sleep in one of the rooms. I texted Larry in the morning and he came while we were out to look at it and "clean" the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we got back that evening we saw a mouse and felt so uncomfortable that we packed up and drove home. It was a real disappointment.”

“We had a lovely stay at this property. Of note, the entrance is in the back of the house, the upper level might be rented as well. The check-in materials state this but I overlooked it the first time around. The space was clean, tidy, and the games were fun. Kara is a gracious host. This would be a great place to stay with a family, especially if you could get both levels. ”

“From the listing to my arrival everything was just perfect. I sleep with a sound machine which I forget, amazingly one was there. The host didnt miss a thing in providing and awesome stay. I will stay again and would high recommend this property.”

“Requested an extra day at beginning of reservation (for family wedding) due to husband's discharge from hospital. Our children started to arrive the next day from Arizona. then New York and south central Pennsylvania. Being close to the wedding venue let other family members visit with my husband as he was unable to attend the wedding. We were there during a couple of snow storms. Drive way was plowed early the morning after each storm.The host was extemely accommodating to our situation.”

“What a wonderful place! The only complaint was that it was a lot closer to the main road than we expected. We stayed inside most of the time so that wasn't a huge deal but it did make falling a sleep difficult for my husband and I. You could really hear the semi trucks. ”
