“From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. One of the best we've enjoyed over the years. We also took advantage of renting the family "ranch area" for 4 hours for fun and burgers and toasted marshmallows. Zach was an incredible host - his home was……

“We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!”

“ It is an older facility that has been well maintained, and that all my requirements it was good for the price. The bed was excellent as well as the pillows. The soap and shampoo were the highest quality. Breakfast was a little disappointing. I had a circular fried egg that included red and green peppers which is something I cannot eat. However, there was enough to make a good breakfast.”
