“The house was extremely clean. Quite area close to food and shopping like 7 min. The owner lives downstairs, extremely nice guy, checked on us to see if we needed anything. There was everything we needed to make food for the week that we were there. Grocery store is close by also. ”

I had a chance to meet the owner , cleaning staff. and the property manager. They were all very attentive and made sure my stay ways comfortable. “The property sits at the end of an average older neighborhood with some nice, decent and run down homes. The driveway is extremely steep with step running between the concrete so you can park on the street and walk up if you don't want to risk damage to your car. The yards surrounding the vrbo are overgrown and not maintained so you'll feel like you're in a poor part of town. The unit itself in downstairs from another rental on top. This is an old building so you hear EVERYTHING upstairs, which……

Everything was as advertised and there is a grocery store close by. The neighborhood is old so there is a mix of well maintained and abandoned houses but we felt safe.”

“This upstairs unit in a quadruplex is a quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. It was very suitable for what we needed - a comfortable plash to crash after a long day at a convention. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly. There are only 2 minor drawbacks - the parking is weird and the fact that is a very well lit area. If you aren't used to sleeping with light coming in the window at all hours, then you may need a sleep mask. ”
