“First Latoya is an amazing host. She was available to answer any question we had. She knew we were in Shreveport for a funeral. She had a lovely sympathy card waiting for us. The kitchen was well stocked. She even had a snack bar.?And Coffee!!!! The house was exactly as pictured. Cozy! Quiet neighborhood. House can hold 6-8 people depending on family sizes that join you. There is a lovely Donut and Coffee place taking a right out of the community and then left at the first light. I would return……

“We went with our family to Shreveport and found it was cheaper to stay here rather than the casinos. So glad we did! So close and easy to get to and fun things to do around the house for non gamblers. Comfy beds and all the amenities you need!!”

This home is located in a charming, historical area that is clearly being invested in so we enjoyed the lovely homes and the cafe that was taken with our home. The area was safe and quiet and just quaint and totally worth a revisit.The hosts were communicative and kind. They seemed to really bc are that we enjoyed our time, which we appreciate. ”

“It was a little bit confusing at the beginning when we arrived there. The door sign was missing, we cannot tell which door was supposed be. But the host was super nice and helpful! She answered our call at late night and help us out! Appreciated!! House was unique and clean overall, except there have couple smudges on the wall but no big deal. It was very historic and cute place for a family stay. Beside the 2 beds, there have a futon and a large L shape couch. The kitchen is clean. Overall, we……

“My family and I stayed for my daughters 21st birthday. It was a great homey stay. Nichole was a great host, she recommended several options for dinner, and ate at the Library on the Fern and it was delicious. She had great communication and we really enjoyed our stay.”

“We rented safe Broadmoor Haven for ourselves and friends to attend the Shreveport Airshow, the place is located very conveniently to Barksdale Airforce Base, it was close to a nice Catholic church, the grocery store was nearby and has several eating places within short driving distance. It is an older home but it is nicely remodeled onthe inside and was super clean. We all enjoyed our stay, the host is super nice and responsive, would highly recommend this place.”
