“Clean hotel with friendly staff. Only complaint was some of the furniture was nicked/chipped throughout hotel.”

“I had stopped over on a long drive during a bad rain storm and was a bit frazzled when I arrived. The front desk evening shift person was so warm and welcoming and even helped me find parking when the lot was full. It made a big difference to have someone friendly. When I got to the room, it was large and the bed was very comfortable and had a kitchenette. It was a great stay and I highly recommend it.”

“Everything was great except the check out. We waited at the desk for 5 minutes while the person was outside smoking a cigarette. She gave the excuse that she couldn't see us through the door. That was not true because I checked it. I think a break like that should be on their lunch time not mine.”
