Boat owners this is the one for you, your watercraft will be 10 steps away in a covered boat house on calm water. I can't stress enough about how convenient this was for our family, NO stress of waiting……

“This spot is close to downtown Petoskey, yet far enough that you feel away from it all. We rented a canoe and did 5 miles down the Bear river, which brought us back to the camp site. Beautiful scenery and peaceful. The bathroom/shower house was clean and had plenty of hot water. Don't forget the bug spray, being close to the river did bring mosquitoes. We had a great anniversary weekend and would definitely return! ”

Would recommend leaving ac running if guests are checking in as the window ac cooled the place but took a few hours and it was close to 94 degrees out when we checked in. Would also recommend keeping a few coffee mugs for guests and doing a deeper clean of the bathroom.”

“We had a wonderful stay here! This condo has everything you need, is spacious, and in a perfect location. The condo is super clean, has tons of storage space, and has a great deck overlooking the creek. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms for 6 females! Sue, the property manager, is friendly and responded to all my questions really quickly. The condo has the best of both worlds as you have access to the resort amenities but it is also close to downtown and Torch Lake. The beach club access at……

“Perfect location, on the water dock space for a boat and the cabin was quaint small log cabin.Everything we needed except food and beverages was provided along with K-Cup for the coffee maker. Excellent restaurant across the street within walking distance. WiFi provided, streaming smart TV, comfy bed, linens and towels. We will likely return another year!”
