“Stayed here as a quiet base to walk the 3 Peaks. Very peaceful and not too far away. The only negatives for us would be that there were no teabags/coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. We have stayed in many cottages and this has been the only place where there has been nothing at all.”

“Second time we have stayed here and again was quiet and relaxing, clean with all amenities, centrally located for all the places and people we were going and meeting up with , highly recomend”

“Well equipped house with plenty of space. Has four floors but we havd one person with reduced mobility and managed to the first floor without too much problem. We found plenty to do (NT and the railway to mention two). Kids loved the hot tub. Pheasants and deer in the field behind us.”

“Was promised a room with sauna and tv with the jacuzzi and there was no tv and no sauna shower gel and shampoo was empty tried to call the number I was provided with to let them know there is no tv where the jacuzzi is and also no sauna didn’t answer and gave deposit which I was ment to get back the next day but I had to keep messaging they kept saying next day then a couple of days and also tried to cut £10 off saying I checked out late which isn’t true I definitely don’t recommend to anyone……

“Well what an absolute find needed to get our dachshund away as constantly was upset by the coming and going of the window fitters in our house so took her away from the stress and ourselves and what more could we ask for absolutely stress free surroundings hot tub was an absolute bonus will visit again ”
