“When you book a rental place and you don't know much about the area, it can be concerning. But you don't have to worry about this place! It was VERY clean, with lots of towels and extra blankets. The neighborhood was good, we felt safe coming and going. And the hosts recommendations for places to eat was great! We especially LOVED the bakery suggestion. Downtown Eunice is so cute.”

“I live in New Mexico and came down to visit family. This was the perfect setting to see my grandchildren and great-grand-children. My great-grandson caught a fish which was one of the highlights of the stay. The outside porch facing the river was a serene setting where I enjoyed my morning coffee. At night I listened to Hoot Owls talk to each other. I reccomend this cabin to anyone who is looking for piece and quiet.”

“We were in town to visit family and looked at nearby hotel options. This house was a great find for us - having two bedroom, a kitchen, and living space was excellent. “Was contacted 3 hours before check in that "lights weren't working because of power surge". In actuality it was because of mice and rats chewing on electrical wires. Claimed they had a property right next door with "same amenities" I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath house and the property we were given was one bedroom one bath. Rat droppings everywhere, shower I could barely turn around in, coffee maker not operable, k cups eaten by mice. back door not operable because of settling foundation.……
