“Fabulous stay! They had great beds and endless blankets! Great dock for fishing our having a pontoon/boat rental. Sauna was awesome!Main level had a full bathroom and queen size bed bedroom. Upstairs had a king with 2 kids beds and a cot bed, again with plenty of blankets and sheets!It was so peaceful couldn’t really see the neighbors and it was just amazing to see how dark the sky can get into seeing all the stars.Perfect stay for a family! ”

“Very nice cabin. Clean and well kept. Having the John boat and canoe were a nice bonus seeing we were on an island. Lol. Host was very responsive and Rob was too. While we were there it got cold, so we needed to use the gas burner cast iron heating unit. Couldn’t get it lit and they were very helpful on that. Reading the instructions became helpful. “It was absolutely amazing from the second we pulled up. Everyone was so friendly and the pictures do not do the place justice. Even with breaking my wrist, I still had an amazing time! Big perk is use of equipment is included! They provided wood, kayak, paddle boat, life jackets! Oh and we also over packed! Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, towels, cleanings supplies.... everything! Beds have pillows and blankets, just bring sheets and cases and maybe a couple extra blankets. Again,……

“We had a last minute change of plans and needed next day lodging. The Wolf Cabin fit the bill and then some. Has a wonderful community intention but if looking for solitude, that's available too. Jay could not have been nicer. Just a few things to note: the bed is noisy, the fridge was turned down before we arrived--turn to a 3 or 4 when you get there, it's well loved and lived in cabin. It is surprisingly well stocked! We would definitely return!”

“What a wonderful place!!! Our family of 4 (13 yrs and 10yrs) loved staying at this resort! So much to do. Free activities along with extra for a bit extra. Had BBQ dinner buffet served by the owner of the resort. Very friendly staff and the lodge we stayed in was very clean. Beach is great for all ages and free kayaks and canoes were the cherry on top. Thank You!!!”

“We loved Jo's place. Very comfortable, and "easy to operate" because she gives great instructions. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed a bonfire out back, and spent a lot of time on the back porch, or in front of the stone fireplace. We made all of our breakfasts and a few meal there. The kitchen is well stocked with useful tools and appliances. Highly recommend it to anyone!”

The Island had a good breeze, so the mosquitos were almost non-existent, and the trees are tall and plentiful for shade and a good resting place for a bald eagle one morning we were there.
