“整體裝修風格非常萬豪，挺喜歡的。 浴室花灑很舒服，但廁所沒有手機的托盤小可惜。 服務非常friendly，房內點餐good service，向butler查詢一些景點內容都能回復。 另外，窗戶感覺有點髒，大玻璃景色很美但外墻有點污漬；然後房間裡面沒有usb充電頭有點需要更新了；以及用酒店打新加坡本地電話竟然要額外收費有點不可思議。”

“Reception Joy is super nice and very an efficient girl. I travelled with an elder, Joy carefully and considerately arrange a room for us without walking too far. Housekeeper Fang well tidy up our room:) All staff were friendly, helpful started from reception, club lounge, poolside bar and Makan restaurant We used all the facilities. Well experience:)”

“Don't know whether for environmental reasons, hotel did not provide enough towels. For 2 people, there is only one bathing towel, and no hand towels, and no extra towel for the floor. Complimentary water, coffee and juices inside room are a plus though. ”
