“The cabin was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. It was clean, well equipped and decorated nicely. Communication with owner from reservation, check in to check out was excellent. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere sitting on the back deck with the view of the mountains and wildlife walking by. The location was good for day trips to Yellowstone. Close to downtown Big Sky and activities. Would recommend this cabin to others. Also liked that is was pet friendly.”

“We had a great time at this location. Very close to the ski hill. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very private and quiet and the view out of the back windows is beautiful. We saw a fox daily that came by, my kids would wait for the fox to come by everyday! There are walking paths in the back that we walked daily, there is even a sledding hill that my kids enjoyed a lot. Bob was very helpful and responsive as well. Can't say enough about……

“This was by far the best cabin we’ve ever stayed in! It was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home, and was super convenient to town and beautiful hiking locations! This trip was incredible for my family and especially in part to the lovely cabin. The creek was so peaceful and the hot tub was clean and beautiful. “This is our second stay at the 406 cabins. It is quiet and very comfortable. Only complaint is we are spoiled to AC and the unit is in the front and bedroom is in the back so it does get warm in summer. I would suggest bringing a fan or two to help circulate the air. However a lot of properties in Yellowstone and Gardiner do not offer AC. The best thing is being able to walk to the Roosevelt Arch and restaurants. Literally a straight shot to the arch from the cabin and North Yellowstone……
