“The cabin is beautiful, conveniently located to every thing we needed and places we wanted to visit. Sleeping arrangements are perfect and comfy. Fully stocked especially lots and lots of towels and wash cloths. The view and property were amazing and private and quiet. And this cabin is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! We have stayed at very clean places but this place is spotless!! We had a great time!!”

“We had an amazing stay! When we walked in, the house was spotless and so inviting, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was the definition of hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved hiking The Channels and attending the MLB Speedway Classic, even though the game got rained out the first time. “The cabin is well maintained and very pleasant place to stay. Be sure to read the Host's manual, although he regularly checks in on VRBO to see how you are doing. Be sure to bring a vehicle that can handle the road leading up to the cabin. Although there is a wide spot where you can park and walk a bit. Very easy.Great place to stay; I highly recommend checking it out.”

“Tucked just off the main road, Lil Blue is located just a less than 30 minute drive to the Bristol area and minutes away from Abingdon. We enjoyed the Bristol Caverns, Appalachian Caverns and Backyard Terror and Dinosaurs one day of our stay. Then as we drove home, various locations of The Virginia Creeper Trail. “Beautiful 1895 historic home. We enjoyed our stay- comfortable and elegant. We walked to the Barter Theatre each day and dined in excellent restaurants each evening. I loved the glass doorknobs throughout the home as well as the well equipped kitchen, elegant fireplaces, and charming wrap-around porch.”

“The best part for us was the quiet, privacy, and view that allowed us to relax. The cute cabin was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The two porches had an amazing view. The walk down to the lake on the well-constructed stairs and landings to the dock was a hidden gem. We even caught some fish and would like to return again.”
