More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. “What a great place to stay!! Beautiful area and the rooms are condos, so it was like being in a home away from home. The people are super nice as well. And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some. ”

“We really enjoyed the 4 hot tubs and pool that are on property. The town of Granby is not far from the hot springs, Fraser or Winter park. We felt like we were in the middle of all the best parts. The restaurants in town were delicious. We will definitely be back. ”

“Couches we not comfortable. Patio needs sprayed off. Smoke detector cover needs to be fixed. It is hanging off the ceiling. Other than that it was a good experience. ”

“I loved the feel of this porperty. It had that old cabin feel but with a nice updated bathroom and tv. The room had a strangw smell, but it's an older building, so its to be expected abd it wasnt overwhelming. I also really enjoyed having a patio and back door to the room. My son would just walk outside and play in the snow every day. The wifi wasnt slow, which was a plus because I brought my laptop to stream off of AND they already had an HDMI cable plugged in for me so I didnt have to fiddle……
