“It was a great "little house" for my wife, adult daughter, her dog, and me. We were very happy with the amenities. The host made sure that (almost) everything we could have wanted was in the home for us (I would recommend additional tea spoons and wine glasses, but now I am nit-picking). There were many more little things than other rentals have not had, such as cleaning products for the grill (!), laundry soap, spices, all the kitchen appliances we could have wanted, make-up towels, etc. ……

“The chalet provided a lovely space for us to spend time with friends. It’s a beautiful space with excellent views. We went to the nearby lake and paddle boarded a few times. I can’t say enough good things about this place.”

“It was the perfect Tiny home for a quick Boys Getaway. The arcade and pool are great amenities. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. We spent most of our days on the mountain and just needed a place to rest and recoup at the end of the day. The location is perfect for anything you want to go to in the Greater Breck area. Minutes from Downtown Frisco and Breckenridge. I would stay here again.”

“We snuck up to the Mts with our 15 year old son and dog. The snow and sun chalet was perfect!! Great location, clean, well equipped and very dog friendly!!! We will definitely be back!!”

“We came out ftom MN to celebrate our nephews graduation from high school. This property ended up be 10 mins from our families home. The property is as displayed. The beds were super comfortable. Appliances were updated and clean. No complaints from our family.The view was amazing. The garage was super convenient. It even fit our Yukon XL. The homeowners were very quick with responses and kind.”

“The cabin is nicely situated next to a stream, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect. We never drove more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go, from mountain hikes to downtown strolls. Highly recommend this place for your Breck adventure. One final note, it's rare to find a vacation rental with such comfortable beds!!”

Prior to arriving, the property manager had excellent communication skills, answered all my questions and provided great details to make check in a very smooth transition. The property had privacy, was quiet and convenient for skiing. When we travel back to this area we hope we can stay here again and would highly recommend this to place to family and friends. “I couldn't have asked for a better spot for my son and I to stay during our ski trip to Breck. Very convenient to the slopes, the host was very proactive and made sure everything was perfect upon arrival. Even one little glitch (which was completely unforeseeable) was resolved quickly and the host was easy to reach. Everything was exactly as promised and we had a great stay. I will be going back soon!”

“I came out with my little beagle for some spring skiing. The cabin was a great dog friendly place to stay and relax for the week we were there. It was clean and warm. It has a nice kitchen which had plenty of pots and pans to cook which I did almost every night. Though the didn’t use the loft it had another bed and a tv a couch. The cabin was close to skiing and hiking and had a great time doing both. Would definitely stay there again. ”
