“This home was everything in the listing & more! The owner was so communicative, and I’ve already recommended it to friends. I couldn’t have found a better place to get away to for the weekend.”

“Do not rent this place! There are electrical problems! 4 rooms downstairs had no heat and no lights in the bathrooms except a floor lamp that flickered and didn’t reach inside the bathroom! I’m pretty sure floor lamps are hazards in bathrooms. The showers and tips were nasty and stained. One lady flipped her light switch on and sparks flew out and she got shocked. Another lady fell all the way down the stairs which are barely wide enough for a child’s foot. There are nails sticking out of where……

“The home itself was lovely with incredible potential. The home seemed very new with some details not addressed (toilet handle falling off, doors that were not plumbed or hung correctly so would not close) Dirty non laundered blankets, air fryer had old food in it...) and in need of a pest control service. The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning……

“Stunning views! The home was wonderful for our family. It is well built and insulated from sounds so we all slept great. Just 15 min from downtown Grand Lake where we enjoyed dinners, played on the beach and rented a boat. ”

“The Chalet was good, bathroom is VERY small, stairway & upstairs is small, not able to stand up and get dressed upstairs, bathroom size is like an small RV size. As I do understand security, I did feel uneasy knowing we arrived early and were just sitting on the deck glad to be out of truck of a 9 hour drive, and owner emails and wants to know if we want early check-in. That tells me that I felt "watched" while on site, also made me wonder if there were hidden camera's inside the Chalet, for……
