“Fantastic little boutique hotel in such a perfect spot on PCH. Fantastic shops and restaurants are steps away and it’s just a short (although hilly) 10 minute walk to a lovely quiet beach. We were greeted by the owner who showed us to our room and was always available during office hours to answer questions and offer suggestions in the area. Very friendly! The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was too soft for my taste and I tend to like a softer bed. The room did show some signs of age……

“Marianne and Doug’s tiny home is simply lovely. Although it is a tiny home, it feels spacious as everything is so well thought out. It has everything you might need and more. Everything was clean and in like new condition both outside and in. Although we did not get a chance to meet Marianne or Doug, communication was always prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a great spot within walking distance of Encinitas town centre and the beach! ”

“We had an good experience staying at this property. The property was very clean, exactly as described, and met our expectations. The neighborhood is walkable and is a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Jason provided a water bowl and a cushion for our dog, which was very thoughtful, and there is a small turf area for dog potty breaks. “Amazing location and a ton of space for a big extended family. House was in mediocre condition, used pretty hard. Seemed not super clean and didn’t have some of the things you would hope for in a more expensive rental home, like full shampoos in the showers, batteries in the remotes, etc. But again, can’t beat the location and lots of sleeping areas.
