“We had a wonderful one night stay at this location. Our family traveled to Fallbrook for a wedding. It has beautifulViews and lots of trees. Check in and check out was easy and the hosts were communicative and helpful. We would definitely choose this house again if we are in the area. ”

Snacks and beverages were included, the hot tub was clean and we even had access to streaming services. Just be careful with the steep hill, which Beverly did warn us about so we were ready. “This property blew our minds away!We were celebrating my mother in law’s birthday and wanted just a family weekend gathering to unwind and relax.This place was everything and more!Check in process was easy! The communication with Elizabeth was quick and everything she said about the house was spot on.When you pull up to the house, you see nothing but a massive home on top of a hill that overlooks a wonderful scenery. “Very comfortable and convenient to everywhere. Plenty of great restaurants. Beautiful being right the ocean and having the sound of waves crashing to lull you to sleep. Lots of steps though if you're staying in an upper unit. Good for the booty! Michael, the manager was available, friendly and attentive. We'll be back!”

“Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental”
