“My husband and I vacation on Encinitas often and this was our first stay at Eric’s place. We loved it and plan to return! Well appointed and cozy! We didn’t need to bring anything and the place was very comfortable and clean. Eric was very responsive to any questions we had and told us he has plans this year to add a few more features to the home. This “bungalow” is a perfect space for a couple.Thank you so much!”

“The property is well-maintained, in a phenomenal location, and suited perfectly for any length of time in the San Diego area. The hosts are very communicative and helpful.Normally, I would have not reserved a property that’s a part of the host’s dwelling, but this was not like renting a room or a garage apartment. It was a separate unit from the hosts and felt very private. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!”

“Our family spent a lovely weekend at Casa Lone Jack. The posted pictures of the house were very accurate! We loved the large central gathering space and game room. We also appreciated the large dining tables both indoors and out. The yard was manicured and large. The pool was beautiful, and we loved the pool lighting at night, and the large fire pit. The host provided soap, shampoo, spices, cooking utensils and plenty of tableware. The host was very helpful in answering questions and always……
