“3rd time to Zurich & 3rd time to live. Alden has seen the change of my family from 2 persons to 3 in these years. every staff & every detail made us feeling warm. Especially my 3 years old daughter Felicia, she still remembered her last experience when check this time. big room make us enough space. See u in 2025. ”

“房間細小，極度簡陋，沒有任何配套，即沖咖啡及或茶包也沒有。房間光線不足，打開窗簾寂寞到對面住客，沒有沙簾，毫無私隱。浴室亦是簡陋，沐浴後水花必定四淺。”

“位置在火車站傍邊，搭火車、購物去蘇黎世景點都非常方便。高級雙人房面積相對比較大，床墊舒適，每天房間內有送新鮮水果和一支玻璃樽裝水，浴室有雙洗手盤和浴缸及企缸。服務員態度好，早餐也不錯。值得再次入住”

“Just next to tram station and takes only 11 mins to Zurich HB station. Very convenient location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Spacious,modern simple style room.”

“酒店地理位置方便，鄰近市中心，距離機場半小時的車程。 酒店房間夠大，特別是廁所浴室。 還很貼心贈送了一粒朱古力再床上。 酒店的早餐也不錯，如果可以更多選擇便更好。 前台職員態度很好，但餐廳職員的態度有待改善，態度惡劣的問我們要喝甚麼，還呼喝我不能用夾煙肉的夾子夾雞蛋，要求我用手拿雞蛋，太不衛生了吧。 但我在第二天看見了專門夾蛋的工具可供使用，根本是職員在第一天忘記放的，還要責怪客人，實在無語。”

“Very cute boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable, spacious ans quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location next to the old town. There is construction across tbe street, but it was quiet. We had breakfast included, which was decent. There is not A/C (air conditioner), its juat a fan blowing cooler.air, a bit loud.”

“Pros: Classic luxury hotel with nice and friendly staff, and it’s easy to find and park. Perfect location, heart of the city. You have all the shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walking to the lake. Cons: Bed too small for two, pillows not comfortable. No AC in the room, and you can’t open the window due to the noise from the main street. The room is very stuffy and hot, and it’s only April. ”
