“Hotel is convenient and nice. However a few front desk staff not too patient and polite. A short distance walk from hotel to airport is not covered so it may cause little problem if it’s raining and you have big luggage. Else perfect.”

“We had a lovely one night stay here. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the train station, and it has a wonderful on-site restaurant. ”

“Staff is excellent: friendly, helpful, courteous. Breakfast was outstanding - offers more than we could try, and everything was tasty. Bed and room were a bit warm, but OK for one night; Residence is next to the main building, but still very close. Surroundings are very beautiful.”

“Dolder Grand is in a really nice district but has a tradeoff that it is not so convenient for public transport especially after 11:30pm when the cable car to Dolder Grand stops working. The hotel has a very modern interior and the view from the room is magnificent as it is overlooking the whole Zurich. The service is really great and the staff are very helpful. Overall, if you want to experience a luxurious hotel experience in Zurich, Dolder Grand is your choice”
