“Die Kellnerin beim Frühstück war jeweils unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Am 2. Morgen fragte sie uns nicht mehr nach der Eierspeise. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Der Sauna- und Spa-Bereich super!”

“Die angeschlossene Therme ist sehr schön und modern und bietet eine sensationelle Aussicht auf das Alpenpanorama. Allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nur leider gab es in der Therme das falsche Getränk und abends im Restaurant das falsche Gericht, nach gut einer Stunde Wartezeit. Und die Toilette/Dusche im Zimmer war schon sehr klein. Übermässig teuer ist die Fahrt mit der Rigibahn. Aber bei Hotelübernachtung spart man sich wenigstens die Hälfte……

“The view from this hotel is why you want to come here, and it does not disappoint. It is truly amazing! Staff was nice and check-in was easy but it is definitely a trek if you are wanting to explore Lucerne and use this as a home base. Without a car it is about a 1 hour trip via public transport. And Ubers/Taxis will run you north of $150 to/from Lucerne.”

“The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning.”

“It is good experience for living. The attendant is polite and helpful. The breakfast is so good.”

“Friendly and helpful employees. Convenient location to a Migros nearby and frequent bus to Luzern bahnholf. Easy parking at the basement or the public garage opposite. The room is clean but a little bit small for a family with two kids. Boring continental breakfast with only boiled egg but very helpful in saving the budget. ”
