“Adorei o hotel, a vista, o café da manhã. A única ressalva é que acho que deveria estar anunciado que ele fica em um morro e que o transporte público não chega até lá. Eu não tive nenhum problema com isso, mas um cadeirante ou idoso ou pessoa com problema de locomoção teria que pegar táxi pra chegar ao hotel. ”

“The view from this hotel is why you want to come here, and it does not disappoint. It is truly amazing! Staff was nice and check-in was easy but it is definitely a trek if you are wanting to explore Lucerne and use this as a home base. Without a car it is about a 1 hour trip via public transport. And Ubers/Taxis will run you north of $150 to/from Lucerne.”

“Friendly and helpful employees. Convenient location to a Migros nearby and frequent bus to Luzern bahnholf. Easy parking at the basement or the public garage opposite. The room is clean but a little bit small for a family with two kids. Boring continental breakfast with only boiled egg but very helpful in saving the budget. ”

“We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot. Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in. The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern”
