“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”

“I give this place five star because of the location and The view. You would be facing an outstanding view of mountains and a lake in front of the property. To me this was most valuable part of this stay. The furniture furniture was dated but usable overall somewhat comfortable. We arrived very late and the staff was very nice to accommodated us. they checked us in even though they mentioned that the latest time to check in is 8:00 p.m. Breakfast was included which was great. “Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. “An incredibly charming, and a well maintained historic hotel. Staff was really nice, and the breakfast (with that view) was something I looked forward to everyday. Also its location is ideal; it's right next to the Riggi train, the ferry stop and the bus stop. How perfect is that?!
