“The smiling service of the front desk staff made me feel like I was at home. I booked a suite for $200/day. I took the elevator to the 7th floor with the room card. I was not disappointed after opening the door. The room was designed in gray tones, clean, tidy and warm. There was a simple kitchenette on the right side of the door, a three-seater sofa, a desk and chair, a 180-degree rotating TV, and a thick mattress (moderate softness). I personally don't like mattresses that are too soft. There……
"**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel."
