“We had a great stay! Enjoyed the home. I am glad I bought insurance as there was some weak spots in the bathroom floor but the process was easy and the owners were right on top of it. They filed the claim and are fixing the floor. My only thought/recommendation would be to not have so much glass decor that a child could break. Other than that, great cute little house!”

“We loved this home! The well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds truly made this feel like a home away from home. We appreciated the sofa and love seat in the family room so we could ALL comfortably lounge to watch movies at night. The game room (and dart board!) was a huge hit. This clean and quiet location is near grocery stores and restaurants and it's easy to jump on to the freeway to get around the Dayton area. Hosts were great and we appreciated the muffins and hot chocolate! ”

“House was as pictured. Bright, cheery, fun, eclectic. There was a second living room that I somehow missed in the description and pictures which was a fun surprise. We didn't use either fire place but there are instructions for usage if you do. Love the lighting in the living room -- fun vibe. Beds were comfortable, too. Great outdoor space.Owner super responsive to messages. Would totally stay again.”

“The location was perfect for our weekend trip to Cincinnati and Columbus. We enjoyed shopping and then stayed here for the night and played card games. The property is well maintained and easy to access. You can definitely tell it is an old house but it has charm. ”

“The pictures do not match the description. Most of the furniture in the pictures is not there. The “cozy third floor bedroom with 2 beds” does not exist resulting in 2 people not having a bed. The 2nd floor was unable to be cooled. The plumbing does not function properly. The shower took 20-30 minutes to drain down enough for the next person to use. Only one bathroom and not conveniently located. Beds very uncomfortable. Furniture very old and uncomfortable. House very old and in need of……

“We came to Xenia for the long weekend to attend my daughter's graduation in Dayton. This was the perfect location as it was only 25 minutes away from her school and it was about 10 minutes away from stores, restaurants, and anything we needed. The property itself was stunning and very clean! The hosts thought of everything and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area and we would def stay here again!”
