“We enjoyed our stay. We have 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The separate living area was nice for the kids to each get their own space. There is a slight view of the water between the two homes in front of the vacation home. Short drive to the pool house. Tons of room in the house. “We make an annual trip to Leavenworth each winter, typically some time after Christmas or New Year's to enjoy the hangover from the holidays before school starts back up again. We usually stay in Plain, but this time we opted to stay a bit closer to the Bavarian wonderland, and we're so glad we did. We had previously passed by Alps Candy without giving it a second glance, and were delighted to find that behind the shop lay one of the most scenic cabin/lodges we'd ever had the pleasure of staying……

“This cabin checked all the boxes for what we needed - close to levensworth , close to nature and had plenty of room for us!! There were some absolutely wonderful touches like a christmas tree , cozy front porch , hot tub etc .This was overall a great stay at a 5 star place in our books but A few things were missing like coffee , (there was a pot but no grounds ) and the towels could be upgraded as they were shedding lint like crazy on our bodies ”
