“Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gross und ruhig. Da wir mit unserem JHund unterwegs sind ärgern wir uns immer wieder über die hohen Kosten für die Vierbeiner. Ich denke, dass nach unserem Aufenthalt niemand bemerkte, dass ein Hund im Zimmer war. Wir fänden es angemessener, dass eine Pauschale für den Hund berechnet würde und nicht einen Betrag pro Nacht.”

“Freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Abendessen zu fairen Preisen. Zimmer wirklich sauber, aber sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Kleiner an der Wand hängender Kühlschrank machte Geräusche, wir hätten ihn jedoch auch abstellen können. Die Handbrause in der Dusche hat leider eine Wasserspartaste, die während des Duschens immer gedrückt gehalten werden muss. Bezüglich der Umweltfreundlichkeit war beim Frühstück fast alles einzeln verpackt (Butter, Marmelade, Frischkäse, Nutella). Im Badezimmer hingegen……

“Hotel completamente rinnovato. Abbiamo usufruito (per primi in assoluto direi) della mezza pensione nel ristorante. Qui ci sono margini di miglioramento nella possibilità di scelta ma il livello del cibo è molto alto. Con la camera era compreso l'uso della zona welfare interna e l'ingresso per tutta la famiglia alla piscina comunale, anche questo molto apprezzato ”

“Eravamo già stati ospiti qualche anno fa. Nel complesso ha un po' perso in tranquillità. Dovrebbero limitare l'accesso ai bambini in piscina solo a determinate fasce orarie, così da consentire a tutti di godersi la zona piscina in tranquillità. Il regolamento d'accesso alla piscina non è rispettato, in quanto vi erano schiamazzi e tuffi di bambini per ore. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare a usufruire della zona.”

“This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. “From the entrance you get greeted by the owner of the hotel Caroline with a smile, room was super clean, the Spa is top!! Very well maintained and great facilities, reception girls were just there to make guests feel comfortable as home, thank you Michelle and Ursula. Will definitely return again. ”
