“The rooms are very clean. I like the flexible online check-in system. While we did run into an issue with a door which was challenging since there's no in person reception desk, the staff were quite responsive by email. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of sending the Geneva transit card by email prior to my arrival so I could use it to get to the hotel easily. It's also near a station so it's easy to get into the city. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it!”

“The property and welcoming was great. As for the Room it was clean and looked exactly like the pictures offering a stove, microwave and mini fridge The only downfall was the bedding, very hard and pillows I would of loved a better bed that didn’t feel like stone it had to be the hardest bed I’ve slept in for all the hotels stays I’ve experienced. “Lovely, quality apartment. Comfortable sofa bed. The tiled floor was cold, so take slippers! Nice to have a bath and shower with ample hot water. “Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day.
