“Bonjour, en global très bien. Chambre est tres propre, bien rangée avec super lit. Le staff est très sympa, accueillant, a l’écoute. Seul dommage- pas de climatisation, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Sinon un très bon séjour. Dommage que le parking est payant mais c’était a cote Merci. Cordialement, Didier.”

“The hotel looks brand new. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given nespresso coffee on arrival. The hotel had everything we needed. We were very close to the tram and buses and trains (and airport). The hotel provided a travel pass, which was very nice. The hotel was perfect for us. There was a nespresso machine in our room too. The room had air conditioning, thank goodness. The rooms were spotless and quiet. A coop supermarket is also nearby, thus saving money by not eating……

“We had a great stay here for our trip to Geneva. It is right next to the bus line, which we used to get around in Geneva rather than our car. (We were later driving to Lauterbrunnen). At first when we arrived, we were a little unsure where we could park. The parking is below the building and was dark until we started driving… then the motion sensing lights came on.
The room was very nice, although it remained quite warm in our particular room throughout our 3-night stay. Our daughter’s room……

“我們住的是家庭房，原先的起居室的沙發變成小朋友的床，沙發床攤開後，走道就顯得狹窄。原先的小餐桌也被移到主臥室。

“Our stay here was lovely, we had a beautiful suite with large windows overlooking the shopping street. Hotel is located in old town, very charming cobble stone streets. The staff was wonderful, always restocking fridge with waters. We forgot something in our hotel room and they were so kind to mail it to our US address. Very pleased and definitely recommend this hotel! ”

“Belle chambre, salle de bain magnifique avec fenêtre, bon débit d'eau, l'eau chaude arrive très rapidement.
Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgré la route très passante, la chambre était très bien insonorisée.
Un frigo aurait été appréciable mais j'ai cru comprendre que d'autres chambres en avaient.

Modern, spacious and super convenient location!
"Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor in the new building. so be sure to call them which room type has AC before you book and confirm with them after you made booking . The summers are extremely hot in geneva, im thankful i got a room with AC.
There are bars and restaurants right below the hotel , its literally 10 steps into the main street and 20 steps to bus stops. Can't recommend this hotel better. My best option in GVA recently! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. "

"Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day.
One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am."
