“Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. ”

“The hotel is near airport. You can take No.10 bus from airport to Pailly station, it just takes 10 mins to the hotel. Also, easy to go to down town. Take the same bus to the down town only take 15mins. For the room, it is large enough to open your baggage and very clean. The toilet and bathroom are separated which is very nice. And the sink is outside the toilet. For the staff, they are kind and helpful. So I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit ……

“Breakfast area is a bit small, so would not recommend to go there during busy hours. But other than that a very nice hotel, stylish -freshly renovated rooms, comfortable beds, amazing location”

L'hôtel est tout neuf et très bien conçu, nous avions pris une petite chambre mais cela ne s'est pas ressenti comme dans d'autres établissements.”
