“Had a great time in the eastern UP and this was the perfect location. Love that the back yard is mostly fenced in for the dog. Apple trees in the yard! TV in every bedroom! plenty of space to spread out. Everything was nice a clean. WiFi was fast!”

“The cabin is exactly as described on VRBO. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox (probably because both my husband and I have arthritis in our hands). The lake is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit enjoying the lake. Great location as we visited the shipwreck museum and Mackinac Island. We also spent a day just enjoying the cabin, the lake, and watching movies. We thought we would miss internet but really enjoyed not having it. We wished that there was a bathroom……

“We were coming to Michigan for a graduation and added a few days on the UP to get some hiking and sightseeing in. It was hauntingly beautiful to see all the trees without their leaves and the summer cottages empty. Hiking was amazing with lots of gushing waterfalls. This place was warm, cozy, easy to get to and well stocked. The Pasties were yum too. ”

“We spent a week at this wonderfully appointed home with our adult children and grandchildren. It was absolutely amazing! Lots of fun things for the kids to do at the home because of the large fenced in side yard and access to Lake Michigan. There are quite a few steps to get to the lake but they are manageable and the lake is just breathtaking plus the home offers two nice kayaks and lots of sand to play in. The backyard has a fire pit, gorgeous views of the lake and has a very private feel. The……

“A couple of us are from the UP and are very happy with our stay but… finding the property proved to be difficult as there is not a proper and well defined address or signage and the driveway or lack there of is a big BIG problem, the cabin itself was absolutely a dream but that is all I would give a positive feedback on, the fire pit was great and it was fully stocked but the creek as described in the picture is non existent but overall it was a good stay”
