“We loved our stay. All personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The lady at the desk, BW was extremely helpful and friendly. She even took us outside to give us directions to show us where we needed to go. We also appreciated the friendly service provided during breakfast by Heather. “Went for a 2 day trip with my older son to see the naval park, it did not disappoint. We arrived to property an hour early on a Tuesday. No rooms available. Waited about 20 minutes and front desk got us a room. Very friendly. Complimentary drinks definitely a plus in downstairs bar. ”

“I wanted something downtown for one night while attending a concert. I chose it because the parking is directly across from the hotel which was ideal as I do not know Buffalo very well. The concert venue, Electric City was only 2 blocks away, as well as lots of restaurants in walking distance.There is a fantastic whiskey bar across the street.”
