"當晚我們預訂了兩晚雙床房，三人排隊辦理入住手續時已經接近深夜兩時，然後等候多時才被告知我們的房間仍在清潔中要再等候。然後接近三時才告知沒有雙床房，只有一張大床另加梳化床，我們因為已經身心俱疲只能無奈接受。然後我們上房近十五分鐘後，梳化床送入房間，服務員只把床送到門口後便離開其餘要我們善後，如此安排和服務不能接受！"

"I like that this place is clean and well maintained, staff are really nice and understands people's need. I would say this place is not really convenient, buses take an hour to get to Mississauga Square one, and Toronto is obviously further, but I was aware of it. More suitable for people with cars."

"We called to ask for the hotel transfer and the guy told me the wrong spot S5 to wait. After 20 mins wait we called again and they gave us the right R3 spot but the shuttle is every half hour so we wait for another 20 mins before being taken to hotel . Quite disappointing. They should have clear instructions on the hotel confirmation so we don't need to search for it."

"Without a lift, carrying luggage up the stairs is very inconvenient."

"Good, but need to make an appointment for laundry and not included breakfast. Also the top of parking is too short so needs to take care when turning on the trunk."
