“Great property ! Close to Sunday River Super clean ”

“I booked this trip to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary with my siblings and all their family members. Communication with the owner was very responsive. The house was everything I expected plus some. I really enjoyed the ambiance at night with the lighting around the back porch and the fire pit. My only regret or complaint was that we booked in June. I wish it was winter so we could have enjoyed the local ski resort. If we ever get the chance to go back to Bethel, we will stay here……

“We really enjoyed our stay in the summertime. The area was so quiet and peaceful; almost no traffic. The house was very clean and “modern”. Decorated nicely. There wasn’t much in the kitchen to help with cooking but that was fine because we were attending a wedding. Even though it says it sleeps 8-10, it’s really only comfortable for 2 couples (4-5 adults) and the rest children because the double couch sofa and trundle bed were not very comfortable at all. “The house was immaculate, well appointed, even some essentials in case you forgot anything which was perfect since 2 members forgot toothbrushes! Every you need is there and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was easy for everyone to get ready and out to the slopes which were so close! Perfect... will stay again next ski season! Host was great at communicating with questions, and even left a jar full or random little snacks and protein bars. Didn't get to use the firepit and chairs but would have……

“The Host exceeded all expectations for our stay. We were greeted at her lovely home with hand/toe warmers and smores makings! She even delivered a beautiful (and yummy) charcuterie box for us the second day. She communicated with us everyday to make sure everything was perfect. She had great suggestions for where to park at Sunday River and made sure we knew when the plow truck was coming so it didn’t interfere with our plans. We will definitely come back next year for more ski fun!!!”
