“My family stayed here during our teenage kids winter break. The property is definitely dated, and has several quirks, but the location is fantastic. Pros include: super easy ski in/out access on the Roadrunner trail, spacious condo, 3 full bathrooms, and nice TVs. Cons include: limited spots to hang wet/snowy ski clothing, worn/stained carpet, outdated decor and amenities, and stiff beds. “Easily located off Roadrunner trail, this Brookside condo was perfect to relax in, cook dinner, shower and sleep in after a day of skiing. Nothing fancy, this standard 2 bedroom condo worked for our family of 4 (2 sets of bunk beds available in the kids room). “This was a fantastic vacation property!! We had the greatest week in such a beautiful setting. The view from the front porch and main living area was just beautiful. Loved laying in the master suite upstairs and seeing the water from bed. The property is private with a large amount of land on which to play and a lovely walk to the water access.
