“Berlin, NH is a hidden gem near Gorham. We enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with still a feel of the history of the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for everything. We would stay there again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Bray Hill House. Israel, our host, left us a welcome bottle of wine and treats. The house is spotless and the view is incredible. “My family stayed here during our teenage kids winter break. The property is definitely dated, and has several quirks, but the location is fantastic. Pros include: super easy ski in/out access on the Roadrunner trail, spacious condo, 3 full bathrooms, and nice TVs. Cons include: limited spots to hang wet/snowy ski clothing, worn/stained carpet, outdated decor and amenities, and stiff beds.
