We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub……

“We had a great long weekend stay at this beautiful mountain home with fabulous views of the fall foliage. The home itself was great, well appointed with plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking/meals. The views were a big part of what drew us to the house and the pictures shown were accurate and the real views lived up to the expectations! The location is great for its proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort as well as the beautiful Grafton Notch State Park and many hiking options. We couldn't……
