“Our stay was AMAZING! As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the cleanliness, the hot tub, sauna, firepit, and the swing on the porch. The game room was a favorite for many in the family. Our host David was wonderful to cummincate with. He made our check in and out process very easy. We found everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. We loved being able to bring our 2 dogs with us! Mornings runs and afternoon walks on nearby trails. We……

“Property was wonderful. House is beautiful. So much space available. We used the house as our home base for skiing. Takes 5 minutes to be on the mountain. Kitchen is large with fully stocked. Great to come home from skiing to ”

“This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future……

“We loved this home. It was so clean and organized. (And we are very picky!) Everything you need is here. No clutter. The kitchen was appointed well. I love to cook and everything was in great condition. (Although not much cooking this trip.) The owners are very proud of this home and it is true that they really do care about your stay. They are extremely present for any questions you have. Note to renters. You can watch Roku or Tubi for free. Tubi has great movies. Follow the owners'……

“We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub……

“Overall the house was amazing - great location only a few minutes from the mountain, amazing views, and great space for our party of 12 to relax and hang out after skiing. The kids loved all the games in basement. Host was very responsive. Definitely recommended for a large group ski trip!”

“We stayed here with two families, a total of 9 people (5 kids), the room set ups are perfect to share with two families and was set up with xbox and other streaming services. Kitchen was stocked, the place was clean, the PM team was super responsive and pro-active. The hot tub was super clean and it was just a cozy house to enjoy friends and family after skiing all day. Short ride to Sunday River. We would definitely go back! Thank you! ”
