“We always love staying at Brookside condos. Now that we are a family of six, it is a little tight in a two bedroom. I wish the stove had better ventilation, but otherwise a fantastic place clean convenient and great. ”

“The location was quiet and gorgeous in the winter. The drive to Bethel was about a half hour drive along some gorgeous lakes. The jacuzzi was the star for me—stayed warm our entire stay. Outfitted with everything we needed for a couple weeks. We had a couple questions that were answered almost instantly.”

“The condo was perfect for our ski weekend. Having the ski lockers was a huge plus! Having the trails 50 ft from the building entrance made things very easy. The condo was exactly as advertised, it has everything you need for a quick ski weekend. If you looking for high end probably not for you, however if you looking for a place to stay that has everything you need to have a great weekend of skiing that is affordable, This is it!!! ”

“The review was great from our room! We were able to see the mountains and the lifts and see our car directly in the lot. We loved how the rooms were equipped with the necessity for a stay-cation. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they were kind to help with any issues. The room was not only clean but very well organized as well! We would definitely return in a heartbeat in the snowy seasons and would pick the cascades over any other! ”

“The property was within a short distance to Bretton Woods & the Mount Washington Hotel, which is very convient. The rental was the perfect size for our family of 6 and very clean. I appreciated the amenities. One critique would be that the bed mattresses were hard to sleep on, but overall a great place to stay. We will definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this nice property. The unit was well described and very clean. Our family of four fit just fine in this unit. It is steps to the slope. The ski locker on the ground floor is very convenient. We didn’t go in the heated pool but we met some folks who said it was nice. We enjoyed Sunday River and Bethel. We would stay here again. ”

“The space itself was perfect. Small, clean studio for 3 people (2 adults one child). The only negative was the overwhelming odor of marijuana in the hallways of the building, which was no fault of this particular unit. ”
