“Perfect house for a family gathering of 4 Adult couples. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. We liked that it was close to the summit hotel where other relatives were staying and we hosted everyone for dinner one night. The house comfortably accommodated dinner for 14 and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Would love to stay here again next year.”

“This place is exactly as pictured and described. My spouse and I needed a getaway and break from work and booked this place off season with our dog for a few days. We spent the days on the porch in the sun (dog loved that and she couldn't escape because of railings), grilling, cooking, using the sauna and the hot tub. Nice appliances in the kitchen! The sauna was lovely and the hot tub was super clean and spacious!! Game room was great, too. The master bed was so comfortable and clearly good……

“This is a beautiful location. The view of Sunday River was beautiful even in the summer. The area is quiet. We had our wedding party stay there as the wedding was in town Bethel, only a short distance away. Everyone was comfortable and with the large yard and house, it was perfect. The house itself was clean and beautiful. ”
