“Berlin, NH is a hidden gem near Gorham. We enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with still a feel of the history of the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for everything. We would stay there again.”

“Booked house to do some ATV trail riding over Memorial Day weekend. Easy ride to get to trails. House had everything we wanted. Enough oarking for 2 trucks, 2 trailers and 2 SxS. Great weekend.”

“Place was great, clean and cozy with plenty of room for our group to relax. Several sitting areas inside for the group to enjoy when the weather was cold and rainy!! Owner was easy to work with...great place to stay for trail riding or some R&R in the country!!The newly added fire pit was a plus...when the rain stop it was great to hang by the fire with family and friends ”
