“My wife and I came to Utah for a large reunion of her family and we decided to stay a few extra days so we could get together with old friends. We had been to the Escalante-Grand Staircase area once many years ago and wanted to return. We decided to rent your VRBO near Boulder and invite several old friends to come and stay with us. This house was perfect in every way for that purpose. There were five couples in total (10 persons) ranging in age from 71 to 80 and we stayed three nights. The……

“We loved our stay here! It was spacious enough for kids to play, and it was just overall a great home base for our Escalante/Bryce/Capitol Reef adventures. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the laundry soap. ”

“The house was nicely remodeled with beautiful furniture, bedding, beds, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor front deck was nice to chill on, and there was a nice BBQ grill. The house could use some polish, e.g., a new coffee pot, window runners cleaned so they open easier, a working fan in the bathroom, etc. Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.”

Nice area, beautiful back area/wooded Only negative thing was having a mouse (or 2 ?)We found mouse droppings on the counter after we were there a couple days. We didn’t leave food out. The day we were leaving, we saw a mouse in the TV room and kitchen. Not sure if it was the same one. If we not leaving that day, I would have contacted the manager to come and get it otherwise I wouldn’t stayed. I did let the manager know about the……

“My wife and I recently spent two nights here in April. It's a charming little place with everything you need after a long day of hiking. The shower is a bit small and we didn't care for the shower head being directly above. Likewise, the mattress was a bit springy compared to what we were used to. However, it more than served its purpose, had everything else we needed and the complimentary meal at Nemo's drive through was fantastic! We would stay here again.”
