“This hotel is neat, clean and bright. The waiter is warm and generous. Breakfast is also very rich and delicious. The room is not too big but warm and comfortable.😁”

“I am not crazy about not having any staff, at all. Seems big brother-ish, as does the sign on the board that “we are watching you.” I gave high marks on the cool building, although it was hard to regulate the water temp in 6. Your guests were all very nice, but I have to say there must be a middle ground here that you could find if you tried. Other hotels, hostels manage to do that. Why not Kinn?”

“Very unique place in a quiet location. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“What a gorgeous new hotel! Parking was easy and close in the garage under the hotel. Hoping they get the kinks worked out with their staff because that was our only complaint. Room was clean and beautiful, but had no shower mat/towel for the floor, two tissues in the kleenex box, and no bedding for the pull-out couch. We called for the bedding after coming home at night and ready to go to bed, and after 40 minutes still nothing. My husband went to get it and they said someone would be bringing……

“They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. ”
