“When we turned up at the hotel, it was like arriving into a beautiful calm oasis in the midst of traffic, hustle and bustle. When we walked into our room, I was simply astonished - it was fabulous with lovely furnishings and fittings, fabric and tiles. Even after seeing the photos online, I did not expect a room of such luxury. “This place was probably our favorite in our southwest vacation. The room was lovely--very spacious, comfortable and within walking distance of a beautiful area full of unique shopping and dining options. the host provided personal attention to us as he showed us the room and its features. “Charming older "motor motels" like this are hard to find. Anyone nostalgic on old route 66 may know if people detoured down to santa fe after the reroute Cerrillos Road was where you went. I would have liked it then, but I liked it now and thought it was cool and charming. I got there at night and really saw the colors the next morning. Inside is like most of these I have found and some things inside were older... However everything worked and it was very clean!”
