“I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel and its amenities are soo pretty. The food is amazing at the restaurant. 1 block away is the pretty block with the umbrellas. Most restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk. Staff is so friendly here. This was a 10x better stay than when i stayed at the hilton by the lake. I would stay here everytime i go to cartagena.”

“The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. ”

“The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants, park, etc. room was definitely way better than expected, plenty of room for a family of 4. I felt safe as it has someone 24hrs and there is a secure gate. Breakfast was good definitely recommended ”

“The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Loved how welcoming the staff is as well. Only possible downside is how much of the outside you can hear from inside your room. It can feel like you’re sleeping in the lobby. Otherwise, loved everything else. Great area, great people, fantastic stay. ”

“Eu amei minha estadia nesse hotel! O espaço é lindíssimo! Os funcionários são muito amigáveis e prestativos. Chegamos e nosso quarto já estava geladinho. Quarto muito grande e espaçoso, arquitetura rústica e histórica, bem a cara de Cartagena. Amei muito. Recomendei para minha amiga que também se hospedou no hotel e também ficou encantada. O rooftop é um bônus pois traz praticidade e comodidade aos hóspedes, pois podemos voltar de um passeio pela cidade e relaxar no rooftop. O pátio está sempre……
