“This is a really gorgeous hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, and the central courtyard surrounding the pool is really a beautiful, unique space. The price, less than 80 bucks a night, is outstanding for a building like this. However, the food and service are not particularly good. Freddy was a great waiter and the gals in the spa were wonderful but in general staff was not very attentive. Great value for the price but lots of room for improvement in staff training.”

“The first two nights I was given a room where the bathroom light kept going off,the bathroom wasn't draining,the were holes in the bathroom shower wall,no drapes and the TV didn't work! I made a least seven calls for the lights and after the second night they finally gave me a proper room.No discount and promises of make up to me didn't become reality.Very disappointed ☹️”

“The staff at Casa Emma were fantastic. Friendly, helpfull, really nice people. The hotel had some issues w/ the electicity and water supply, but these may not have been just at the hotel. There was one problem w/ the water heater in our shower, so they quickly moved us to another room. I loved the location also. The street was pretty quiet in the early night and later night, bustling in the daytime. It was a short walk to the clocktower and various plazas. I would definitely stay at Casa Emma……
