“We stayed for 7 days. Too long really but it gave us a few days to travel via land transportation to Cartagena. Now for my review, it was pleasant stay.! Very friendly and hospitable staff. We had a problem with our microwave..they came right away to replace. Clean pristinely kept room with a lovely view. Desk personnel were ingratiating and super attentive. Our stay was wonderful. My tips.. You need to buy drinks and snacks to store in refrigerator . It can be costly since the restaurant is……

“The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the unobstructed view from the rooftop was fantastic. We really appreciated the option to take a to-go box from the breakfast buffet for our early airport departure—such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an excellent stay! Our only complaint was that the burger we had for lunch was just average. We'd definitely stay here again but would likely choose a different place to eat.”

“arrived at 1 pm and was told that the rooms were not ready yet, that we should leave our passport info and go have lunch first and when return all the check in process would be done already. went back at around 3 pm but no work was done, still had to wait for another 40 minutes to finally get our rooms. ”
